This is a short post about a website I had found. It is about a low impact woodland home that someone made.
This post will not go into all the details of environmentally friendly housing, but it will look into this particular home design.

From what I can tell, this home is affordable to make, uses wood that is laying around and/or very little wood. Uses straw for insulation. Overall a low impact for a decent home.
Maybe a design like this will spark your imagination and inspire you to do something similar.
